We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at SPWS. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or giving us a call.
We make billing simple and automatic. Your credit or debit card on file will be charged in advance on the 1st of each month. If you start service mid-month, we’ll prorate your first payment so you only pay for the days you receive service. The total cost depends on the number of dogs and how often you choose to have us visit. We do not accept any alternative forms of payment or billing options at this time.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety, as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag it and place it in the customer’s trash can. If the can is not accessible, we will place it neatly in an area next to the house. Don’t want it stinking up your can? For an additional fee, we will take it with us.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Yes! Just like your garbage pickup, we’ll consistently come on your scheduled service day. While the exact time may vary from week to week, you can always count on us showing up that day. This flexibility lets us optimize our routes, which keeps drive times efficient and helps us keep prices affordable for you. As a courtesy, we’ll also send you an “on the way” message (up to an hour in advance) so you’ll know when to expect us.
